WONDERLAND

Following intuitive connections between children and zoos, Wonderland explores ideas of freedom and confinement, delight and darkness, mystery and trepidation. The images in the series ask whether, just as animals are unknowable, are the dreams of children ultimately unknowable as well? Is childhood a state that having been passed through, can never be fully revisited?
